Course overview

In this course, we taught an end-to-end service design process around the theme of civic engagement. We led students through from broad themes to developing service concepts, and covered the following tools:

  • Problem statements (“How might we…”)

  • Ideation

  • Clustering

  • Dot voting

  • Concept evaluation (Service Impact Framework)

  • Service Concept Canvas

  • Journey Mapping

  • Future-State Service Blueprinting
